A resident of Pasadena for more than 30 years, Dawn has lived and worked throughout Los Angeles County. Her business is a referral-based one, with more than 75% of her clients coming from delighted past customers.
She specializes in the Greater Los Angeles area, especially Pasadena and surrounding communities. But, as her clients will tell you, she'll travel to you, and with you, throughout Southern California to help you accomplish your Real Estate Goals and California Dreams!
Dawn describes her clientele as wonderfully diverse, working in industries ranging from entertainment to non-profit, technology to medicine, education to finance.
She has sold homes of every type from startup homes for first time buyers to high-end estates, to chic condos and distressed properties, to investment homes. Dawn’s Background
Dawn attended Pasadena High School and graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California in the Bay Area. There she married, had children, and began her career as an Advertising Sales Executive. After 9/11, she and her husband returned to Pasadena to raise their children surrounded by grandparents and family.
Real Estate is Dawn’s second-half career! It allows her to utilize the analytical skills from her corporate sales career while also providing the heart-felt enjoyment of helping clients win at homeownership.
Outside of real estate, Dawn gives her time, talent and treasure to Union Rescue Mission, the largest mission in America, and the oldest in Los Angeles. Serving men, women and children experiencing homelessness, URM strives to provide a home physically and spiritually where people feel safe and cared for, even if temporary.
